Follow the Installer Quick Installation Guide to install and configure the Voltello LinkPro. If the Voltello app cannot automatically discover the FranklinWH System, manually enter the connection details shown below. ?

Diagnosis

Possible causes & solutions:

1. Voltello LinkPro offline

Check that the Voltello LinkPro is powered on and the LED indicator is lit.

2. Network connectivity issue

Ensure both aGate and Voltello LinkPro are on the same local network. Wired Ethernet is recommended for reliability.

No "aGate IP address changed" item — nothing was ever configured, so it cannot have changed

4. Home Page Offline Alert

When Voltello LinkPro loses its connection, a hint card appears in the System page hint area. This card cannot be dismissed — it stays until the connection is restored. Tapping it opens the troubleshooting page directly.

Diagnosis

Possible causes & solutions:

1. Network connectivity issue

Ensure both aGate and Voltello LinkPro are on the same local network. Wired Ethernet is recommended for reliability.

2. Voltello LinkPro offline

Check that the Voltello LinkPro is powered on and the LED indicator is lit.

3. aGate IP address changed

Check the aGate IP below and update it in the Voltello app. Consider setting a static IP (DHCP reservation) on your router.
